I see that sharp/ flat notes you did there, seems to be inspired from the old masters of the renaissance era. The lead synth is also very catchy, almost like you improvised it using midi.
Absolutely love the song's progression, whilst ending back to the calm, peaceful manner.
Makes you think about humanity as a whole, destroying the earth.

+4.5 Don't be shy in making your guitar chords and drums louder, you still have some space!

Your composition in the track is quite catchy. The 8-bit synthesizers are also quite slide-y and keeps a 4-note rhythm while thee strings give a back-and-forth pace, complimenting the drums.

+4.5 It's actually pretty good.

Whoa, I thought this track sounded different before...

I loved your constant drum patterns in this track, quite intense, which fits the bass in the drops and breakdowns.

+4 Who are your inspirations?

BiPolarBeat responds:

Thanks!
My main inspirations are Black Sun Empire and The Upbeats maybe even Noisia.
But I kind of end up with my style at the end sooooooooo there's that.

Hey.

I can sense something about this track and its title. Are you going through something?
If you every have some problem, make sure to tell someone about it, and listen to what they have to say.

If not, then you must have been looking at animated cutscenes for now. Love the inspiration.
Gives me quite a melancholic vibe.

+5 Emotions that someone feels can be felt by the people around them.

ShareeBon responds:

I'm totally fine.
This music is for a custom map that i made for (Doom 2).
Zandronum to be especific, and we are kinda doing a narrative, and this music is for when the base is being taken over by these monsters from a different dimension.

Anyway thank you for your feedback. I didn't expected this :) .

The atmosphere in the intro is very slick. I like your choice of snare which usually fits this type of genre. The mini synths you put in the background makes up the final ingredient of the track. The bass is quite the thickest of them all.

+4.5 This is my type of dubstep.

DerpcatOfficial responds:

ooo thank ya :)

+4 quite a unique growl if I do say so myself.

You seem to care for ours ears well enough to use a limiter.

+4.5 Loved the alternating bass.

Loved that dramatic intro you did there. The overall mood of the track Is very captivating as well. The short pauses you make when you added the beat is quite catchy as well. You also made your bass quite thick.

+5 It has quite the rhythm of lo-fi Hip Hop, but the mood calls for Trance maybe?

ThomasTsao responds:

haha i tried not to focus on one genre so there’s really no one definable genre you can put this song in. the pauses were more of a last minute thing and i really think it made it a lot better. the bass was supposed to be this huge gritty distorted bass to counteract all the light and happy noises, and i really think it worked out!

I love how you emphasize your sidechaining during your drop. And I couldn't really understand how you made your track very open when I listened both using headphones and speakers. Marvelous.

+4.5 Because you like landscapes.

Absolutely love the synths you used for this track. You seem to have a varied amount of rhythm to the track as well.

+4 for rhythm.
