Good for a psy-trance genre. Loved the use of that boing-y bass and metallic synths.

+4 Inspired by Cryiak?

no.

You seem to be very creative with your composition (well, as if 8-bit music wasn't solely focused on composition.) Loved the buildup to the chorus especially. This genre seems underrated in my opinion.

+5 Because your tracks, description, and everything else fits you.

+4.5 Love how you break down the chords so it doesn't get too repetitive.

Usually in my opinion composing orchestral music is a pain, but you managed to do so flawlessly. Fits a certain trailer a lot, where the beginning reminds me of Legend of Zelda: BoTW. Then you put the ending in a sharp/flat which leads a calm cello fade.

+4.5 For a detailed description. Looking forward to your series.

Such a cute lead synth you have there. You put it on a really high note, but mixed will so that it doesn't hurt the listeners' ears. From what I can tell this seems recorded without using midi. Not sure if that's intentional, if not, then try to quantize it so it doesn't sound off beat.

+4.5 Inspired from TheFatRat?

Quite a relaxing music if I do say so myself. I especially like the small touch of white noise you did all the while making the percussions sound crisp and clear. The sudden change of key and mood on the second party of the track is quite captivating, satisfying the buildup on the middle, and ending with a soft landing.

+5 I'de love to wake up with this song in the morning.

I like how you know how to use 5/4 tempo and make it sound good. Mixing is quite on point as well, It's good to tone down the drums in genres like these.

+4.5 because it's hard to make orchestral music.

Solely love that wahwah you added during the drop. I also like your minor sidechaining you added in the soft bass. This song can definitely go longer than 2 minutes since it uses an
A, B, A, B pattern. and the mini bass you added in the near ending drop to mark a small difference.

+5 It kind of gives me a PAYDAY 2 vibe from this. Inspired from Simon Viklund?

SlyFrost responds:

Thanks for the positivity! I wasn't inspired by him.

I love how you probably just went ZEN mode and wrote this song right here, ironically, it takes a large amount of effort to do that. The chord progression was quite interesting, while taking different variations on the track, there's still something we could cling on.

+4.5 Inspired by Cryiak and Andrew Huang?

Love how you filtered your voice to make you look like a god. Loved the pause In the near end, signifying one last war cry.

+4.5 for heavily crediting your buddy here, BeastKiller.
